Beauty is all around, in everything:
the softness in the socks, smoothness of the table, blue in the sky, spice in the food, scent of the pinecones.
Take time and be aware of it. Accept those quirks about yourself. Build off of them.
What makes it hard to notice the beauty? What distracts you? Why are we allowing that? Why do part of us not want to go there?
