Year goals

Each year, we come up with goals but they do not last long. We set up the bar real high: impossible to reach. Stop. Remember everything you have done and gone through. Think about what motivated you and what pulled you down. Now... don't give a f*! You are completely normal. Accept that. Once you have accepted that, you will live better. Say no, value suffering, and accept reality.

Just set up something that is 1% better each day, only 14 min a day. No more, no less. That would make you 37 times better by the end of the year.
